Help supervising different outlets’ beverage service and products quality.
協助監督各營業區域的酒水服務及出品質量。
Participate in laying down all kinds of cocktails’ recipe and making procedures.
協助制定各種雞尾酒的配方以及調配方法。
Control the beverage products’ qualities and quantities, reduced the wastage and lower the costs.
控制酒水出品的質量和數量,檢查出品的質量,減少損耗,減低成本。
Assist bar manager to train the ambassadors’ service skills and cocktail making skills.
協助酒吧經理培訓大使的服務技能、調酒技術。
Support F&B important events.
對重要宴會、酒會要到場給予支持。
Assist to make beverage promoting activities and put into practice.
協助上級舉辦酒水促銷活動并落實。
Make sure the equipment, utensil and assets in good management, checked and maintained at regular intervals.
確保管理好各酒吧的設備、用具,定期清點及作維修保養。
Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor
隨時執行上級分配的其他相關任務或特殊項目。
