? The Sales Manager performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Sales.

? Control customer database mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.
控制客戶的信息庫和通訊名錄并保證不斷更新。
? Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.
保持現有客戶并發展新的客戶。
? Maintain good business relationship with all producers.
同客戶保持良好的商業關系。
? Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.
完成每周的款待和活動計劃。
? Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.
? 對團隊和商務散客通過電話銷售、訪問、郵寄開展銷售活動。
Make sure all booking orders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and banquet operation.
確認所有的預定單(包括宴會與會議)被準確無誤地在銷售部與宴會之間進行溝通并生效。
? Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.
保證對所有的來信和電話詢問都進行有效的處理,建立一種令人愉快的工作關系。
? Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.
記錄客戶對于酒店發展的建議和最新的信息。
? Familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system. Ensure the implementation and utilization of in-house software especially the “sales and catering”, use it efficiently and maintain its application.
熟悉酒店電腦及數據系統的運作和應用程序。確定并保持對“銷售及餐飲”等酒店電腦系統軟件的有效運用。
? Keep well informed and well coordination about the operations especially in essential departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquet etc.).
關注及配合好整個酒店尤其是主要運作部門對客服務(前廳部、客房部、餐飲部、宴會廳等)。
? Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints brought to management’s attention and communicate with the respective departments if necessary for proper handling. Ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated
提供銷售后服務,特別要確保必要時客戶所有的投訴都被有關部門認真接受、討論。確定所有投訴都已經過調查,并開始實施補救行動。
? Closely observe matters pertaining to competition (situation, prices, services etc.) offered on a regular basis - daily and give the updated feedback to DOS.
密切關注涉及競爭的事宜(形式、常規價格、服務等)需每日更新收集最新的準確信息并反饋給銷售總監。
? Promotes the hotel as often as possible through entertaining,conducting, site inspections, presentations etc. of the hotel.
通過經常宴請、定點參觀酒店、介紹酒店等活動推銷酒店。
? At all times, promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.
在隨時隨地對客發生的聯系中提高酒店的正面形象。
? Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.
鼓勵和發展同公眾、旅客、客戶以及商界人士之間的積極緊密關系。
? Promote and sell hotel to be the most popular meeting/banquet venue while concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms and achieve the highest revenue desired and targeted.
在加強房間銷售的同時,推薦酒店的會議、宴會。最大限度地利用會議及多功能廳的設施設備,以取得所預計的最高目標。
? Organize and submit weekly sales report to the DOS
組織并提交每周銷售報告給銷售總監。
? Ensure that all new clients have no negative credit references.
確保所有新客戶均無沒負面信用的記錄。
? Ensure that all commercial reporting for department head is handled with efficiency and accuracy, meet all dealings without excuse
確保所有提交給上司的商業報告都按要求快速準確完成。
? Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor
