? Communication: Maintain a high level of communication with guests and supervisor.
溝通能力:與客人交談中發現問題。與主管,同事保持一個高質量的交談。。
? Service: Assist in preparation of outlet for service periods. Adhere to the standards and sequence of service within the outlet.
服務能力:為服務做好準備工作。根據酒店的標準和服務的順序服務。
? Problem solving: Maintain a visible appearance in the outlet during the operation to quickly identify the needs of guests, management and associates. Ascertain guest’s satisfaction and advise supervisor of any guest complaints or problems no matter how small.
處理臨時問題的能力:能迅速的發現餐廳運作中的問題如客人需要,管理和合作。了解客人的滿意度,告訴上級任何人的不滿無論問題的大小。
? Management: Supervise colleagues and subordinates to ensure the efficient operation of the outlet. Ensure that staff is operating according to their job description.
管理能力:指導同事和下級,保證能勝任地進行工作在酒店。并保證員工按照工作介紹來進行工作。
? Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor
